"Everyone I've talked to at this State farm office over the years has been excellent, and Susan Brennan was particularly so! Friendly, smart and knows her stuff! "I worked with Lynn and Joseph to switch my car insurance from another provider to State Farm. Both individuals were very thorough and worked through my specific details to get me the best rate possible. I ended up saving over $100/month AND my liability coverage increased significantly under State Farm. Who doesn't want better coverage for a lower price?! "Absolutely so grateful that I came across this agent and contacted them! After not getting the help that I needed from Hanover, Progressive, And two other major insurance companies, I contacted this State Farm agent with zero hope after being let down by all the others, only to be proved completely wrong. Not only did they provide me with the necessary resources, but they went above and beyond by discovering my best possible options, from the moment I called them. I was never put on hold, I never had to wait, and for the most part, they did all the work behind the scenes, with myself having to do minimal. Which was huge because the other companies had me on the phone for hours if not longer. Their process is extremely efficient, quick, transparent, & reliable. Their employees are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, offering help even when it’s not benefiting them. I would highly recommend them to anybody that is looking for homeowners insurance, auto insurance, or just looking for answers or advice. Definitely try them first and don’t waste your time with the others."
